Mushroom hunting 7th of June
The adventures of Mushroom Huntings group begin again!
The first mushroom excursion after the multi-day quarantine and the incarceration due to the coronation, will take place on Sunday, June 7, in Pavliani, Fthiotida and will focus on the collection and recognition of two top and unique wild mushrooms.
We are talking about the delicious Volites & the fragrant Cantharelles !!!
The excursion will include:
- Our favorite recognition and collection seminars, from the experienced instructors of our team
- Questions and answers about the world of wild mushrooms and truffles
- Outdoor walk, in beautiful forests and locations of the Greek countryside, about 2 hours from Athens
- Picnic with wild mushroom barley and omelette with fresh wild truffle
- Moments of recreation and reconnection with nature and ourselves
- Presentation of a cooking proposal of a specific material, by the Chef of the group
- Possibility of truffle hunting (with the participation of at least 3+ people, 30 € / person)
- New experiences, images, emotions, people, tastes, abilities, knowledge and paths!
