It is a beautiful thing to watch young students showing interest in Greek earth treasures. Alongside IEK PRAXIS ( https://www.iekpraxis.gr ) students and chef Thodoris Papanikolaou we learn to distinguish mushroom, truffles and leaf vegetables as well as the techniques about safely collecting them.
The day carried on with a visit to the Kostas Lazaridis Winery Museum in Oinotria location, where the chef and students cooked using freshly collected mushrooms, vegetables and truffles following a wine tasting and a tour to the museum.
