Athanasios Diakos (Mousounitsa) was the perfect scenery for yet another mushroom and truffle adventure, this time with a new group from Israel. Together we set out to find fresh mushrooms, we learned all about the process and the Greek land’s mushrooms while seeking and finding truffles. You know what the say, “finders keepers!” Surely, we laid the foundation to make this adventure an annual one, as we had a memorable time.
